Platform Rules & Member Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "You," "User") and sixs6 ("the Company," "sixs6," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the sixs6 platform available at sixs6.site and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of sixs6, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport- or game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all Members globally, including residents of Pakistan and all cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their respective jurisdiction. sixs6 does not provide legal advice and strongly recommends Members seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about applicable local laws.

To register and maintain a sixs6 account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you must not access the Platform through any means that circumvents geographical or jurisdictional restrictions.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of sixs6 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or licensed partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, whether initiated by you on sixs6 or through any third-party responsible gaming registry.

Each Member is permitted to hold one single account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sixs6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate all associated balances, and permanently ban any Member found to have engaged in multi-account behaviour.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to promptly update your account details whenever your circumstances change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes associated with your sixs6 account. sixs6 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You agree that you will not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately notify sixs6 via [email protected] and change your password without delay.

sixs6 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and supports optional Two-Factor Authentication via SMS OTP to your registered mobile number. While sixs6 takes reasonable technical measures to protect your account, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security and that you bear responsibility for the security of your own devices and network connections when accessing the Platform.

sixs6 operates as a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) native platform. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless expressly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: You may fund your sixs6 account using any of the approved payment methods displayed on the Cashier page at the time of your transaction, which may include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; however, sixs6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed all applicable KYC verification requirements prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of deposited funds can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to your account, subject to the policies of the payment provider concerned.
• sixs6 reserves the right to impose withdrawal processing fees and to set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, which are displayed on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may vary based on the payment method, verification status, and volume of requests being processed at any given time.

Cryptocurrency: Members who deposit using USDT TRC20 accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including price volatility, network congestion, and transaction irreversibility. PKR conversion rates for crypto deposits and withdrawals are determined by sixs6 at the time of the transaction.

sixs6 offers various promotional incentives, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all sixs6 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Bonus offers are available only to Members who have opted in through the designated mechanism on the Platform and meet all eligibility criteria for the specific offer.
2. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
3. sixs6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account unless fraud or breach of terms is suspected.
4. Abuse of bonus offers — including, without limitation, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the Member's account.
5. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except upon completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

The sixs6 Loyalty Program rewards Members with points based on qualifying wagers placed on cricket betting, sports betting, casino games, and slot machines. Loyalty points accrue, are redeemable, and expire in accordance with the Loyalty Program terms published separately on the Platform. sixs6 reserves the right to amend, restructure, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time.

All sports and cricket bets placed on the sixs6 Platform are subject to the sport-specific betting rules published in the Platform's Help and Rules section, as well as the following general provisions:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when sixs6 confirms the acceptance and the bet appears in your Account's "Open Bets" or "Bet History" section. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds — including errors arising from technical malfunction, data feed errors, or human error — may be voided by sixs6 at its absolute discretion.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to slight delay between the instruction being sent and the bet being processed. During this delay, odds and available markets may change. sixs6 is not liable for changes in odds or market suspension occurring during the transmission delay.
• Voided Bets: sixs6 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been determined or could be affected by information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed, or where sixs6 reasonably suspects that the bet was placed in circumstances involving match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of irregular wagering activity.
• PSL and International Cricket: Specific rules governing over reduction, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, match abandonment, and result determination for PSL and international cricket fixtures are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum Payout: sixs6 imposes maximum single-bet and daily payout limits, which are displayed in the betting interface. Where a winning bet would exceed the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot machine titles available on the sixs6 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game developers and studios. Each game is governed by its own rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) figures as certified by independent testing laboratories and published within the respective game's information panel.

sixs6 does not operate or control the RNG (Random Number Generator) systems embedded within third-party games. The Company is not liable for malfunctions, disconnections, or errors originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction that results in an erroneous display of winnings, any displayed win is void and any staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.

Members acknowledge that all casino games carry a house edge as reflected in the published RTP percentages. sixs6 does not guarantee any specific outcome, winning streak, or return from any game. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes in RNG-based games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixs6 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to automate betting decisions or interactions with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by sixs6.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or other IP masking technologies.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses sixs6 staff, support agents, or other Members.

sixs6 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all Members. The Company recognizes that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and sixs6 provides a range of tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sixs6 Members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling has become problematic may apply for permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, are irreversible for the elected period.

All content on the sixs6 Platform — including but not limited to the sixs6 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, domain names, website design, text, graphics, video, audio, software, databases, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to sixs6 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or intellectual property of sixs6 without prior written consent from the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixs6 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond sixs6's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Decisions made by Members in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sixs6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. sixs6's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sixs6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or sport-specific rules.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Discovery that the Member provided false information during registration or verification.
• Detection of a prohibited automated betting system or collusion arrangement.
• Request by a Member who has self-excluded, or notification from a responsible gaming registry of which the Member is a registrant.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Member-initiated self-exclusion, any balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or breach of Terms is established.

sixs6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sixs6 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the email address registered to their account and by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current provisions governing your use of the sixs6 Platform. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are amended.

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the sixs6 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sixs6 holds its international gaming licence, without reference to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and sixs6, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by sixs6's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents sixs6 from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the Company determines that such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, prevent fraud, or preserve evidence.
